Tomorrow there is good news. I have a shooting around 6:30 PM with this hot guy. During the day will be final preparations. Then after running, no training for the day. I may play some video games though lol

It was the first time I ever shot with my digital camera such a long time - and all those models - whew,  it’s not a easy job LOL

I really enjoyed learning more about my camera and learning about how to shoot better. It was a great experience for sure and I would be willing to do it again.

The pictures came out amazing, if I do say so myself!! It was like shooting for a big fashion magazine. Everyone was nicely dressed and they all got their hair fixed. Each model had a diferent hair style. Some were incredible!

Today I ran a bit but I have been mostly cleaning my place up since Wednesday I’m shooting a model - so want my place to look super clean

Tonight I’m off with a friend for a dinner. I hope you enjoy the picture I posted late last night after my big weekend of work, and I will talk to you tomorrow

I did get an upper cut to the chin that hurt a bit but I’m ok :) Then in the other match the guy hit me on the side of the head lol but don’t worry, that’s one of my hardest parts haha. I got them pretty good also

Then later in Tae Kwon Do, I only trained with the black belt people. Man!! They are quick ! It is going to take some time to get used to their speed but you know .. I will learn so much better with black belt people then little kids running around in the other class lol.

I also did sparring with a guy in Tae Kwon Do who was about 40 pounds smaller then me, so I could not kick too hard :) It’s all good fun.

Last night I went out to the ‘Parking’ club with some friends. We had a few drinks -just a few - but we ended up talking until 6AM! So today I have been sleeping most of the day and watching some TV.. not a very exciting day

One of my friends started working behind the bar at a restaurant in the Village, so I went tonight to have a meal and cheer him up. Also today, I had to pick up my tapes from the scenes I shot in New York. Monday I will be sending out all my tapes to start the next DVD. I am not sure about the release date,  but it should be soon. As always, the news will be posted here first!

I know many people think that way, but there are many of us - probably a higher % than the general Community - who take care of themselves, and DO get checked regularly.

I think it’s very important for everyone to get checked every 3 months.

I think it’s a great feeling to know you are always negative! I felt like sending out this message - after almost 10 years of being in this business - as a reminder and a motivation for all of you to stay healthy, play safe, and test to be sure :)

I am, of course, in the beginner class which has alot of kids. I love kids, but they can be little devils. Today the little brats would not stop screwing around. We had to do at least 280 push-ups because the instructor was penalizing the whole class. Like I said, I like kids (at least I did before today haha).  but they are just not for me when I’m trying to learn.

I asked the instructor if I could train at a later time with the older guys. Most of the older class are black belts. He said they have never done that, but he could see I wanted to learn and advance at a good pace , so he said ‘yes’ ! :) 

Now….. about that video with me and Shane that I told you about in NYC. This is by far the best scene I have ever shot … trust me !! I am going to load the complete video on  Pierre Fitch Online within the hour. BUT as always for my Bloggies, here is an exclusive preview just for you amd MPF :) Talk to you tomorrow!

I also recieve my White Belt today with an outfit and a Tae Kwon Do bag. This school is an Olympic training school, meaning I will be doing alot of competition,  which is what I want. I’m very excited for my next class on Tuesday.

I had to get the pants fixed today haha, since they were a little long - also the stretches in the class were intense!!  I’m not that flexible, but I will get there.

I went to Costco to get some food, and then to a restaurant in the Village where I had some multigrain pasta with a rose sauce and seafood. It was mmmm so good :) 

Now I’m going to play Play Station 3 since it has been a while. I took a few pictures for you with me showing off my White Belt lol. Talk to you tomorrow

I came back home, ate, then went to my tae kwon do classes for my very first day. It was all kids training so it was fun and weird. The trainer was funny and made me laugh. That’s the kind of school and teacher I like - someone who can make you laugh and is not stuck up. After training with kids the teacher said he saw I was a fast learner, so Saturday I get my white belt and train with a more advance and older group. The people who are gonna train are black belt people haha fun. I love a challenge big time so it’s a 2 hour class Saturday. I’m really excited, it was the best cardio ever - lot’s of kicking for sure. Tonight I also went to food lounge where I love to eat sushi, had some drinks. I’m going to bed I’m tired .. later guys

She has a big cone on because the Vets said Candy was a very quick and sneaky dog lol. They felt she would try to bite her stitches - and I know they are right :) Daphnee did not need a cone but for sure Candy does lol.

When she ran to me it was the most incredible moment between her and I. In the car , she just layed down not moving. She is on medicine for pain since it was a pretty big operation for her. Now I need to be watching her for 10 days, which is pretty normal caution. She cannot be too crazy, she needs to relax until fully healed. I love my Dog so much, I was so worried when she was getting the operation.

I also managed to get to my boxing classes today. Don’t ask me how, because everything but Candy’s health is a blurr. Tomorrow for the first time I start Tae Kwon Do. I’m very excited about my first class. Also I have to keep running daily.
