It’s been a big Prison Break day today. I have been watching several episodes and looking to find Desperate Housewives Season 4 in French to buy - with no luck so far I also did 2 hours of training. It was hard but I managed.

I am going to see my family this weekend. I’m very excited to see them. I’m also shooting 2 scenes for my website in the upcoming days BUT right now I’m off to bed. Talk to you tomorrow

Still recovering from a long crazy weekend .. my workout today the gym and kickboxing was amazing and I ate alot today.

I walked my dogs and took them to the park - and this Friday one of the guys from the dog school is coming to my place to give a 30 minute free lesson. They really like me or they are just really nice people to do this.

Fixing to watch some Prison Break 3 - the season is so good!!! Also today I found out from the camera store that I can take digital camera courses at a very low cost. I’m thinking of going just to learn some techniques - I am always up for learning more.

Now I am going to see some friends for a short while and then to bed. Talk to you tomorrow

What a long fun weekend, I had to take a few days to have a BBQ, hang out with friends, go out shopping - just vacation type relaxation.

Now I’m in recovery mode from all the weekend. Today was very hard for me to train at the gym after a few days away lol - I skipped kickboxing class and only trained with weights. I have been trying to improve my photography skills. I’m thinking about taking a course to learn a little more

Anyhow it’s time for some Prison Break 3 haha, and a visit to www.meetpierrefitch.com , which by the way is doing great. Talk tp you tomorrow

Today I woke at 8 AM to get a massage. My back was a little stiff from all the training. But afterwards, I still did kickboxing :)

This morning I had to clean my place because I have a friend coming for the weekend – making sure things were all tidy.

I went tanning in the Village area - AND I also met a fan from the blog today which was nice

Now I’m going to watch the last episode of Desperate Housewives, then….. time for Season 4 !!! - unless I watch Prison Break Season 3 or 24 Season 6 :) 

Yesterday.. I took some cool pictures of my dogs while playing with my camera. Talk to you tomorrow

Today was a serious day of training, I trained at 10 AM, then after want to the gym at 2 PM - then at 8 PM tonight I went to the school to do some boxing. I can barely feel my legs lol.

I went to do a bit of grocery shopping today and bought lot’s of whole wheat pasta and egg white in a box. Now I’m going to go watch some TV andhead to bed. Times are tough be starting an auction LOL….anyhow goodnight and talk to you all tomorrow

Hey everyone! As you know, I love having sites like www.pierrefitchblog.com, www.meetpierrefitch.com, the online site, the TV site, the photography site …gee, it’s more than I thought!! LOL.

All of these sites take money to maintain, so to help with the cost  - and also (if not mostly) in response to many e-mail requests…I created an auction area. Here I will be auctioning off many personal items and other cool stuff. If you are interested, I hope you  enter auction site here .

Otherwise today I did laundry all day and took the babies to the dog park. I’m staying in tonight - I have early kickboxing classes all week… 11 AM… followed by regular gym - THEN I will do boxing and thai boxing around super time :) Fun fun.

Now I’m  watching some TV before I head to bed. I hope you will at least look at the AUCTION AREA and I will talk to you tomorrow either way

Today when I got up , I took my dogs to the park.  I had a contract to do a photoshoot, It went well - it took about 2 hours to make him a quick portfolio. It’s good because practice makes perfect in becoming a good photographer. It’s time to get efficient with behind the scenes things, like photography.

I had some of my old favorite sushi with a friend - and now it’s time to watch some TV and hit the sack.

My Boxing Gloves Up For Auction Enter Here

Today I went to my bank and then met Jeremy from the blog. What a nice guy - and cute too - I was so glad we met. After that I rushed to eat a quick sushi lunch.

I went to the gym to do kickboxing - and gym of course. I worked my shoulders and legs today - came home ate again before working a little on www.meetpierrefitch.com .

I came up with a contest idea for yet another new upcoming site. This one will be for my photography stuff. You can read about it in the discussion area of the ‘meet’ site.

I did a short tanning - and now finally back home. Time to shower, relax, and watch a little TV before bed. In the morning I need to go to UPS to pick up my new boxing equipment that I needed for training. Goodnight and talk to you tomorrow

Today I had to go to the bank and fix some paperwork and to the financial people  also. After that I had to eat and run to the gym for my kickboxing classes and gym classes. Today was my best day in kickboxing - I finished my last 5 minutes like a pro - it was sick !! I’m very excited to get good abs. When you are in the ring and get a punch in the abs, it can hurt. The stronger they are, the less the hurt.

Also bloggie Matt the Great helped design a flyer and contributed to printing 3000 flyers ..  AND we have a message for you :

Yeah!!! Pride Weekend was super fun. My friends from Quebec came down for the weekend and we went out to Unity on Saturday night. We had a blast there

Unity made a deal with me were if I would be on their float, I could promote my websites and hand out flyers in the Club Saturday.

We all went this afternoon to the float, and I had 2 of friends from Quebec hand out my flyers while the other was my camera man.  It was super fun and the music on the float was great. I think I got a sunburn, but I will see ifit feels like it tomorrow. 

I also worked for Manhunt on Saturday afternoon, as I told you I would, and it was a great experience. They were super cool guys and they paid me just to help promote and look pretty LOL.

After the parade today, we came back to my place and my friends left to go back to Quebec.  I’m so tired and my legs feel dead now I have a full week of training coming up - over 12 hours or so total. I will be in the ring Friday so I need to prepare myself haha.  Now it’s bedtime for me. I’m exhausted. Talk to you tomorrow

Finally Friday after over 14 hours  of training this week. I’m beat

Yomorrow I’m going to be working with www.Manhunt.net , promoting their site - and it’s good promotion for me too. I will be in the Village with their representatives. 

I hung out with some friends and walked around the Village for a bit. We went to see a friend on the Sky terrasse but did not stay long.

Now I’m back home and I need to sleep because tomorrow I will be standing up in the Manhunt booth for 5 hours in what is supposed to be a hot sun lol.  I will have my 4 liters of water beside me so I don’t dry up hahaha.

 I will have some nice pictures for you tomorrow of all this…AND if some of you are in Montreal or close, come get a picture with me at the booth. That would be SO cool!! Talk to you tomorrow
